The Rosan product line offers panel fasteners including fittings, inserts and studs. A complete selection of quality Rosan ring-locked studs is available to meet customers' individual requirements. Based on the same concept as ring-locked studs, ring-locked inserts provide an internal thread, which transfers high loads into weak base materials. Specialty products span every area of application, from automotive valve seats and guides to composite thread inserts and barrel nuts. The problem of providing a high strength internal thread in weaker base materials is solved with Rosan Slimsert inserts. Designed with a thin-wall solid configuration, these inserts are available for use in a wide range of temperatures from -400 degrees to 1200 degrees Fahrenheit.
